Mr. Mularski has lived in the Columbus area for 40+ years and has been practicing law for 20+ years. He practices in a wide variety of areas, including all aspects of civil and criminal litigation. He focuses on personal injury, civil lawsuits, domestic matters, including child custody issues, and criminal cases, both misdemeanor and felony. As a trial attorney, he has tried many jury and bench trials throughout the State of Ohio. He has also has presented arguments before the Fifth and Tenth District Courts of Appeals.
Mr. Mularski currently represents the cities of New Albany and Gahanna as their City Prosecutor.
